By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agree to the Terms of Service.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance & may be scheduled online, by phone (call or text), or via email.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, we may cancel the appointment or assess a late fee. The late fee amount will be determined based on the length of the delay & the circumstances.

We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, or emergencies. You will be notified promptly in such a case.

We reserve the right to decline service if the request or circumstances appear suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful.                   

Travel fees apply to all mobile services depending on the distance & location of the appointment.                                              

We reserve the right to assess additional fees, which may include, but are not limited to, extended travel fees for mobile services & administrative fees for complex or time-intensive requests.

Fees for all services, including notarizations, translations, apostilles, & any other professional services, are disclosed on our website & will be disclosed to you prior to rendering any services.

You are responsible for providing a complete & accurate shipping address. Errors or missing details may cause delays or extra fees.                  

We use trusted couriers & shipping carriers; however, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages once they have been shipped.

You are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated based on the package’s weight & destination.                                                         

You are responsible for providing complete & accurate contact information & responding to any communication from Texas Coast Notary & Professional Services. Failure to respond to communications or provide updated contact information may result in delays for the service requested.

Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered, unless payment was made in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, debit card, & cash (bills larger than $20 are not accepted).

All services rendered, including but not limited to notarizations, translations, apostilles, or any other professional services, are non-refundable; however, should an error be made by us, it will be corrected at no additional fee. You must provide notice of the error within 72 hours of the service being rendered using the Error Resolution & Refund Request Form.

You are fully responsible for making sure all documents submitted for notarizations, translations, apostilles, or any other professional services are accurate, complete, & legally acceptable. This includes verifying names are spelled correctly, dates are accurate, & other key details. Any errors, omissions, or deficiencies within the documents may result in delays, additional fees, or rejection by the receiving agency, government, or country.

All documents submitted for apostille must be either the original or a certified copy.                                                                                                   

You are responsible for understanding & complying with all requirements, rules, & regulations of the receiving agency, government, or country with respect to notarizations, translations, apostilles, or any other professional services. This includes verifying whether or not electronic signatures & notarizations are accepted, obtaining re-notarization when required, & providing all necessary supporting documentation or certifications.

With respect to notarizations, translations, apostilles, or any other professional services, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or other actions taken by the receiving agency, government, or country; however, reasonable efforts will be made to assist you in addressing & resolving such issues.

Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the document & the requirements of the receiving agency, government, or country. We will provide you with an estimated processing time at the time of service.
